This information does not extend to other websites or pages not belonging to the website itself and visited by the user via links.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

A) The data of a personal nature provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness (pursuant to art. 6, par. 1 lett. b) and lett. c) of EU Reg. 2016/679) for the following purposes:

– browsing this website;

– any completion of data collection forms, login and/or contact request with sending of the requested information for contractual or pre-contractual requirements;

– purchase procedures (including payment management) of Quickly branded products, directly from the website

– order management (see above) via email

– computerised signing on by filling in the online application fulfilling legal obligations, regulations, community legislation

– managing any disputes (warnings; settlements; debt collection; arbitration; legal disputes, etc.).

The legal basis for these processing operations is a contract or a legal obligation and they are therefore of a mandatory nature.

B) for the receipt of newsletters and promotions, market surveys or other sample research and direct sales, information material, for detecting the degree of satisfaction, commercial and advertising material or inherent events and initiatives, by the Data Controller using electronic media, email or other means for which it has given its consent by means of a specific virtual button at the end of the reference form (pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter a) of EU Reg. 2016/679). Such processing is optional and consent can be subsequently revoked at any time.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the sending of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days. The website uses technical and section cookies to ensure its functionality. These cookies do not collect information relating to browsing activities.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data by the user in the registration forms / personal data collection on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the data provided by the sender, necessary for the provision of the requested service.

Processing will be carried out in electronic and manual form, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by entities specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form which allows identifying the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. Personal data are processed by electronic media for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. The retention of data of a personal nature provided depends on the purpose of the processing:
